    Still taking it easy. I feel like this may take longer to recover than expected.

  2. Shoulder is still smoked from Nancy so didn't bench...
    105, 95 and threw in the dead lifts from yesterday 135# with chains, interesting.
    Part b done but definitely NOT unbroken.

  3. 305# failed 325# but time ran out next time, bench 285#, clean #265 full squat failed 275# twice next time
    B. Done. not bad with the double a couple of fails on 2nd and 3rd ghds and back ext. all unbroken. just rested till i fought i could get 50.
