ReplyDelete34:41 120 plate pushups is definitely a pr. I have never done that many on plates. It took about 45 minutes to feel good again. Lol

21:04 skipped the bench and did strict pullups cause I strained my right shoulder on the rings the other day. Gotta be more careful. Everything felt good though and legs feel much better today, exactly what they needed after all those wall balls. Impressive times Al abd Josh!
