For Time
30 Handstand Push Ups
40 Pull Ups
50 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1
60 Sit ups
70 Burpees

B.
 On The Minute For 14 Minutes
Odd: 4-8 Pistols
Use whatever counterbalance etc you need to keep your back straight, core tight and knee out. 
Even: 10 Bent Over Kettlebell Rows 2/1.5

    B. Done little off balance this morning.8-10 consistant Due to the fact that Mason tested Positive for awesome!!! yeaaaaaaa!!!

    18:07 -6 of those minutes were on the hspu!
    4 pistols and used the 2 Pood for the first 4 rounds then went to the 1.5 poods.
    Rest day!

  3. 20:28 used 2 ab mats but didn't quite make it that far.
    4/6 pistols glad to find out I could do them without a counter balance:)

  4. 20:50 man did my hands hurt on the bar and kb. Used two ab mats and stayed hollow body.
    4 pistols and used 45# bar for rows.
