  2. Well it certainly wasn't the fastest Elizabeth but I really wanted to rx this wod. So I did it in 23:30.

    C. Did 25 really controlled sit-ups.

    B. 225# lower weight than I should have but back is tweaked today. Blue bands r not my friend!!
    C. Done slow and smooth baby!!
