Prep your hands for this one. The goal is to pay special attention to technique, on the deads and c+j. Move really well and stay tight. This is 320 reps, all of which range from semi-technical to technical. Whatever the time is at the end is second priority.

29:22 that was brutal the bar got so wet it was dangerous! but no one died so it was all worth it!!!
ReplyDelete52:02 rx not the time I was hoping for but the bar gets so tough to hold onto when your hands are ripped up and bloody but its a hero wod... ripped hands are minimal to what DesForges did.

DeleteNice Mason! I almost tore doing it with Erin. 28:10 together. The clean and jerks get really heavy fast for me.
