    Done. Since I did the extra work 3 hours later I got to drink an extra kill cliff. That's how it works.

  3. Worked up to 55# first time at this weight of getting under the bar into a squat and not falling over...I'm happy.
    95#x10 for some reason I used my front squat max:(
