  2. Got to the gym and hopped in with Allan and Bushy on the du's. Struggled a bit with these, timing was off. 9:44. Nice work Josh!
    A. 14:10 Rx. Everything was off. Didn't plan the dl's right to go into the hangs. Hoping the 95 at the comp will feel light as a feather. lol
