  4. A.worked to 295# on speed squats @ 12"box felt slow. but i guess its faster than it feels.
    B.5:14 Rx really pushed this one feeling great eating super clean this week and Jamin's pre wod threats helped motivate.
    C. hit the barbell club up little different but really honed in on some dropping under the bar..Really good times!!
