  2. Ran the girlygirl parts 5k run in Sandwich. 3.2 miles in 24:03, 7:45 pace. Knee started to hurt around mile 2, should have walked or stopped but that's just not me. I don't think its anything major, just tweaked from the beast. Icing and mobility with the lax ball.
    Nice work Allan! That would have taken me well over an hour.
