    Chain squats ups to 265# felt good.
    I don't know what it was today being rushed, wanting to do this so badly today, the run yesterday ?? or what. but I was pissed my shoulders ached right after the cleans I wasn't feeling it at all. Probably my worst gym day in a while.!! Anyway the bad days make the good days better!! I hope?
    Really glad to see everyone else's pr's today.
