From 0:00-3:00
   2 rounds of:
   10 overhead squats
   10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
   2 rounds of:
   12 overhead squats
   12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
   2 rounds of:
   14 overhead squats
   14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
Guys 95lbs
Ladies 65lbs

    Got 10 ohs plus 6 c2b this time, only made it to 4 ohs last time.
    10 doubles, 20 sit ups.

  2. A. 145#,145#,155#,155#,165# these were very tough today need work.

    B. 14.2 143 reps disappointed in myself with called 4 no reps on myself and hit the last 14 ctb at 9:01 on more rep would have gotten me into probably at least 30 plus more reps. its a p.r. by 11 reps but could of been better always next time!!

    C. 58,53,60 all 30 ghd's unbroken. at least I ended on a good note.!! Nice working out with My teammate tonight!!! and great mobility with Amy!!! Thanks so much!!

  3. Nice work Allan! Don't be discouraged. Many factors come into play when wodding as hard as you do. Just keep working hard, mobilize and take rest when needed. I know, I need to listen to my own advice.

    Yeah it was good to hang with my teammate tonight and see people I haven't seen since summer due to a game cancellation. As much as I love field hockey, I love CF more. A few more weeks and back at it at regular times and open focus.
    Worked on hang cleans and did one round of comp round of 21-15-9. Then worked on hang cleans with bar facing burpees.
    Then hung with my mobility squad Amy S and Erin M. Thanks for the taping Amy!!
