    B..strung both muscle ups 3 out of 5rounds slow and strong with the other movments feeling good cant wait to rest tomorrow! !!!

  2. Nice partner. Took rest day today and did mobility for an hour. Shoulder was sore and I was really tired. And I'm old so I need a few extra rest days. Lol
