    Stayed at 45#
    10 doubles, 10-15 toes to bar, finally figured out how to string them together without the extra kip in between, got 5 in a row.

    Came in later and did "Linda" 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlift 275, Bench 185, Squat Clean 140. 37:47 Grueling but I figure I may not touch a brabell in the next week so why not!
