    1 round plus 35 wall balls. !4# wb, doubles and chest to bar pull ups instead of hips to rings...really tough after Saturday but a good tough:)

  2. Took an extra rest day, just needed it. Looking forward to a strong month of training before the masters comp on Sept 21st!
