    10x touch n go snatches at 95# , hspu deficit then moved to struck bad call forgot about what we did yesterday!!!
    second round ring muscle ups 5x then 20 rebounding box jumps. unbroken 3 rounds mu's all ... box jumps felt great.Hang snatched 115#x2 after as well see you guys on friday!!
