Did wall ball twists for sit-ups, used the 16# to the 10'. I took it easy with those, so I wouldn't over extend much. Did strict c2b but at the end it got tough. I can string a couple of hspu's. I'm down to one mat now. Still a work in progress. Nice job guys on this one!!

As always Josh great pushing each other!!! did the dips we missed on saturday! felt better than expect. all set unbroken and i have trouble on the ring dips, though it was just cause I'm fat but it must be. stability being closer to my body maybe this is why i go so wide in MU's I'm stronger a little wider?? I will be dwelling on this tonight. Great Job guys!! Mason your a true psycho (in a good way)!! And I will mildly consider your rest advise from here on out.(just for the record)
