    185#,225#,245# rebounded box jumps! that was awesome! and worked on getting under the bar with feet not as wide worked back up to 205# felt good after.

    B. Done after the partner wod on date night with Meghan !!! wooooo!!!! everything was feeling good didn't jump on the rings until i felt like i could get both of them. Really felt nice and smooth.. a lot of volume today hopefully decline down and Mason and i will crush our fellow comrades !!! or just Jamin, Bushy and Andy!!!

  4. Did the Team WOD With Tracy Then later did 7 rounds of the Wall Ball/Muscle Up and 4minutes max box jumps. 73 box jumps. Decided to finish off the 6 muscle ups.
